The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been checked by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item: Bidders must, before bidding, inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest.
