• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Trafi/com public vehicle information. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
