Uncollected items will be disposed of by the seller or the landlord so the premises can be handed over to the next tenant. No refund of the purchase price will be given for uncollected items.


The seller is a bankruptcy estate and has no knowledge of the properties, defects or omissions of the items for sale. No exchanges or returns and no right to cancel or rescind the sale. The seller is not a trader and the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to this sale.
