This Kombikota is the SPRING 2026 fair show model and is now being sold by auction to the highest bidder!

The show cabin must be dismantled from the Helsinki Exhibition Centre once SPRING 2026 ends, so bidders: please ensure you are prepared to carry out the dismantling when the fair finishes.

The structure has been assembled so that dismantling and reassembly are easy; dismantling time is approx. 6–8 h for 2 people. Detailed dismantling instructions will be provided by phone.

What do Finns love most in summer and, really, all year round? Saunas and grilling. At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we combined these two favourites into the Kombikota 17 m². This combined model fulfils two dreams at once: you can enjoy the gentle steam of a wood‑burning sauna and step out to grill, then return seamlessly to the heat. The magical combination of grilling and sauna can easily continue for hours!

The kota creates memorable moments for celebrations and brightens grey everyday life. The order includes guaranteed stress relief: slip into the steam even with the steak you just grilled. The grill side doubles as a heated dressing room. Let a little heat through from the sauna door to the kota side and there’s no rush to return to the steam. Best moments of winter and summer

A private yard sauna is a dream for many Finns. Sausages wrapped in foil on the stove stones don’t always cook well. It’s handy if the sauna door opens to a fully equipped grill kota — and vice versa: if you want a sauna during grilling, just add wood to the stove and in half an hour you’re enjoying the heat. In winter the grill fire warms the dressing‑room side and in summer the kota side offers a pleasant place to cool off if the Finnish weather turns rainy. Regardless of weather, Kombikota is ideal for grilling and saunas year‑round.

Compact use of space

The sauna fits 6–8 people and the kota side can easily seat ten eager grillers. The grill kota side has ready table tops for five at the grill area. The kota reaches almost 4 m in height and the overall diameter is nearly 5 m, so there’s plenty of space. Kombikota is also an excellent choice as a company show cabin or a surprise sauna spot by a ski trail. Few have boasted about saunas during a ski trip. The octagonal Kombikota suits many uses.

Soft steam and atmospheric light

We manufacture the Kombikota from handsome Finnish 45 mm planed logs. For the sauna we have chosen the Harvia ES20 Pro with glass door, which provides a glowing light to your steam moments. The delivery also includes a front water reservoir to pre‑heat wash water. Safety is assured with the included fire‑safe chimney package and the stove protective walls and base. Always use fire carefully and responsibly.

Effortless, time‑saving element delivery to your yard

The Kombikota 17 m² is not small in size or weight, so we deliver most parts as ready elements to your yard. Roof, walls and floors come as elements; the sauna interior ceiling is already paneled for customer convenience. Bottom plates are pressure‑treated timber and roofing felt is included. Foundation work is the customer’s responsibility, but to help you we offer a pressure‑treated base as an optional extra. The kota base comes in two elements and the sauna base is rectangular and easy to build from pre‑cut timber. You can request assembly instructions and building permit drawings in advance so you can start building the Kombikota on delivery. You will need a drill, screwdriver, hammer, saw, tape measure, pencil and patient enthusiasm. Always read instructions carefully before starting work.

Easier justification

Customers are responsible only for foundations; other parts are included in the delivery. At our Oulu office we pooled our expertise and decided to offer extra help for most buildings: as an option you can order custom pressure‑treated base frames that are easy to place on foundations. Building on top of the base is then straightforward as long as you can handle a hammer. Contact us to ask about options or check each product’s accessory list for the pressure‑treated base item. Bases are tailored to each product so assembly is straightforward. Remember our phone support is available!

Few build at night, but we’ll answer if you get stuck when assembling your product.
