The display cabin must be dismantled from the Helsinki Exhibition Centre after Spring 2026 ends — bidders take note: be prepared to dismantle the building when the fair finishes.

The building has been erected so that dismantling and reassembly are easy; dismantling time is approx. 4–6 h / 2 people. Detailed dismantling instructions will be provided by phone.

The magical favourite for home yards: Arctic Grillikota with Sauna!

What do Finns love most in summer — and really all year round? Of course, sauna and grilling. At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we decided to combine these two favourites, creating the Arctic Grillikota with Sauna. This model fulfils two dreams at once. From the gentle wood-fired sauna heat you can conveniently step out to grill, and when you feel like it you can continue the sauna seamlessly. The magical combination of grilling and sauna can go on for hours! And although this starts to sound like an infomercial, there is more: the kota is fitted with large roof windows so you can enjoy the northern starry sky at night. The windows let daylight into the kota gently so you won’t be squinting inside during the day. Best of all, it requires no electricity — it runs on firewood.

Best moments of winter and summer

Having your own yard sauna is the dream of many Finns. Sausages wrapped in foil on the sauna stove stones are always soggy and don’t cook properly. It’s handy if the sauna door opens directly into a fully equipped grill kota. You can also think of it the other way round: if you feel like the sauna while grilling, just add wood to the stove and in half an hour you’ll be enjoying pleasant steam. In winter the grill fire keeps the changing-room part of the kota warm, and in summer it’s nice to cool off on the kota side if the Finnish summer doesn’t look its best and rain is falling. In any weather it’s enjoyable to grill and sauna in the Arctic Grillikota with Sauna.

Open nature — in the roof window

Yard cabins often use easily scratched acrylic windows and light roofing. At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we prefer better: the kota and sauna windows are double-glazed and the rooflights are made of 8 mm toughened glass, so they are also easy to keep clean. From the windows you can watch the wide outdoors live around the clock. At night admire the stars; by day watch birds or trees swaying in the wind. The light in the kota increases tremendously!

Compact use of space

The Arctic Grillikota with Sauna is a well-sized unit: the grill kota side has room for up to 12 people and the sauna benches seat 4 people. The grill side includes ready worktops for six people and the sauna can hold more if everyone gets along. The sauna’s sloping roof is proportioned to the benches so even taller bathers can sit without their heads touching the ceiling. If you prefer, you can fit the benches a few centimetres lower. The grill kota’s highest point is over three metres, so you don’t need to stoop while grilling. The smoke hood that directs smoke out can be lowered if you want to ensure all smoke exits to the outside.

Round logs or planed beams

We make the Arctic Grillikota with Sauna from proud Finnish 45 mm thick logs. Because we want your grillikota sauna to suit your taste, you can choose either round log construction or straight planed beams. For the sauna we have selected the Harvia M3 stove with glass hatch, which gives a warm glow to your steam moments. You can order a water tank for the stove as an extra; it preheats washing water. Also consider ordering a sauna floor water channel if you plan heavy rinsing. Stove safety is ensured: the package includes a fire-safe flue set and stove protective walls. Always use fire carefully and responsibly.

Hassle-free, time-saving element delivery to your yard

Our Arctic Grillikota with Sauna is not a small product — it is substantial in size and weight. Therefore we deliver most of it to your yard as prefabricated elements. The roof, walls and floors arrive as elements. The elements’ bottom timbers are pressure-treated and roofing felt is included. Foundation work is the customer’s responsibility, but to help you we offer a pressure-treated base for the kota and sauna at extra cost. The kota base comes in two elements and the sauna base is a simple rectangle made from pre-cut timber. You can request assembly instructions and building permit drawings in advance so that once delivery arrives you can start assembling the Arctic Grillikota with Sauna. You will need a drill, screwdriver, hammer, saw, tape measure, pencil and a calm enthusiasm for the build. Always read the instructions carefully before starting any work phase.

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka someone is always on call. We provide customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7). Few people build at night, but we will answer if you have questions during assembly. The package includes instructions and there are assembly videos on YouTube to help you visualise the construction work. You won’t be left alone with your yard building — we are here to support you!
