Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The chair upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may show more noticeable scratches or marks on the top and/or frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be slightly stiffer (e.g. chair). Often an older model or faded upholstery; still a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: Chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (e.g. chair).

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; exact pickup details will be sent by email to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.
