The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, minor pilling or slight wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the items look neat and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair’s upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or marks on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be slightly stiffer, e.g. in a chair. Often older model and faded upholstery compared to new, but a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: The office chair’s upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top may have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on a chair.

Items won in the auction must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; exact pickup details will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that, we charge a storage fee of €50 per day, unless agreed otherwise.
