Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or some wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the items look clean and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair's upholstery may have a few smaller stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. on an office chair). Often an older model with upholstery faded compared to new, but still functional, is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: An office chair's upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (e.g. on an office chair).

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse. Detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.
