Suitable for late-spring snow and ice-fishing: Lynx 5900 GLX Finlandia and a sturdy pair-sled handcrafted by a carpenter.

Lynx is a 1989 model and Syncro. Skis in good condition. Recently replaced spark plugs, brush/hoses, rear light and a new ignition lock.

There is no electric starter, but it can be started by pull-starting — starts reliably and runs well.

On a test ride it felt to be in working order.

About the sled: bed dimensions 2.60 m x 1.10 m. Sturdy plastics on the runners. I have just treated it with a tar/linseed-oil mixture.

Some play in the drawbar. This is built properly, not mass-produced. Almost unused.

The sled is a 1989 model, so it can't be perfect, but it's not in the worst condition.

The track is of course worn, the seat has some surface corrosion, and the handlebar heaters do not work.

Gears work, but the gear-shift linkage needs some fine-tuning.
