The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collections are charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
