Seized woodland property with buildings in dilapidated condition in Kumo, Kokemäki

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 18/03/2026 and 09/04/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 09/04/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system operation. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to make an offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 07/04/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the lot number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself when submitting a written offer to the enforcement authority.
