Terms of Sale

The item will be sold by open bid at an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 9 September 2026–30 September 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

The deadline for submitting bids is 30 September 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid increment automation.

The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The offer must be submitted no later than 29 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu (open on weekdays 9:00–12:00) or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer’s liability for compensation: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding.

If the bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period.

Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
