Enforced sale of agricultural tractor New Holland, Oulu

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 7.9.2026 and 5.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 5.10.2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28.9.2026 at 12:00 to the Oulu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Torikatu 34-40, Oulu, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement officer may end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
