Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are at the time of sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products—our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to an authorised person with power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancellation of a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
