Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items can be collected within 2 weeks; while collecting you may view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

A cancellation / non-payment fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
