If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and have no return or exchange right.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancellation of a binding sale or non-paid winning bids.
