Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the winning bidder or to an authorised representative.

We charge a 10% compensation fee of the purchase price for cancellation of a binding sale or for non-payment after winning.
