The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 3 March 2026 and 24 March 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 24 March 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to purchaser liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 23 March 2026 at 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction item number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are encouraged to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner will be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

Appeals against the sale and any act related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
