Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately.
