The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 25 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the increment automation. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number concerned. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 23 March 2026 at 16:15 to the Enforcement Authority's Oulu office, address Torikatu 34–40, 90100 OULU, or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property is seized and is sold by voluntary sale arranged by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms:

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid is accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account. When the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will issue the sales decision to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

Payment time: If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price from the sales decision. In that case, annual interest must be paid on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted payment time, annual late interest will be charged at the current rate of 9.50%.

If no payment time is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out.

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the lot in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
