The item is sold without the seller's warranty and the buyer has no right to exchange or return.

Bids are binding. The buyer always has the opportunity, as agreed, to inspect the item in advance.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction end, unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If a lot is not collected at the agreed time, the bidder pays storage fees according to the invoice.

If the won goods must be moved from rented premises to our warehouse, we will charge the bidder for transfer costs.

The goods for sale do not include VAT because the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
