Bids are binding. The buyer always has the option, by agreement, to inspect the lot in advance.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction's end, unless otherwise notified to the winning bidder.

If the lot is not collected at the agreed time, the bidder will be charged storage fees according to invoice.

If the lot is moved from rented premises to our storage, we will charge the bidder for removal costs.

The sold goods do not include VAT because the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
