The lot is sold without seller's warranty and the buyer has no right to exchange or return.

Bids are binding. The buyer may, by agreement, inspect the item in advance.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction end, unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If a lot is not collected at the agreed time, the bidder will be charged storage fees invoiced separately.

If the purchased goods must be moved from rented premises to our warehouse, relocation costs will be charged to the bidder.

The items do not include VAT as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
