Offers are binding. The buyer always has the opportunity, under the agreement, to inspect the item in advance.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction's end, unless the bidder is informed otherwise for the item.

If an item is not collected at the agreed time, the bidder will be charged storage fees according to the invoice.

If the purchased item(s) must be moved from rented premises to our warehouse, we will charge the bidder for the transfer costs.

The items for sale do not include VAT because the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
