Hornet customised to the owner's taste; most changes are cosmetic and visible in the photos.

Work carried out last year before winter storage:

Front fork rebuilt, slightly stiffer fork oil and new fork seals + front wheel bearings replaced.

Engine checked, timing head inspected, valve clearances checked and compression measured (just over 12 bar in each).

Digital dashboard replaced + fuel level sensor added to the tank, tank cleaned and fuel pump/filter replaced. The ECU has been moved under the seat and the whole bike's wiring harness was checked/modded on the bench and rewrapped. (Now ready for adding a gear indicator to the dash).

Throttle body and injectors fully cleaned separately + throttle bodies synchronised and fuel delivery calibrated + new air filter.

Spark plugs and ignition leads replaced.

Coolant and brake fluids changed.

Brakes fully serviced; discs and pads have plenty of life left.

Seat reupholstered.

Engine oils + filter changed every riding season.

Chains and sprockets cleaned, lubricated and adjusted regularly; in good condition.

Fitted with a fatbar, risers and a stainless steel pipe.

Original handlebars, dashboard, headlight and exhausts are not present.

Includes a box of other original parts + a pile of spare parts such as engine halves, sensors etc., which may be hard to source today.
