The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 16/03/2026 and 07/04/2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 07/04/2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer under section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
