Method of sale

The item is sold in its condition at the time of sale.

The seller gives no warranty regarding:

• the structure, condition or tightness of the tanks

• approvals or inspections

• the functionality of meters, the dispenser or electrical equipment

• the usability of the fuels or AdBlue

The buyer is responsible for all inspections prior to bidding.

Price and payment term

Payment within 3 days of auction acceptance.

Ownership and possession pass only when the full purchase price has been paid.

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The buyer is fully responsible for all dismantling, lifting, emptying, gas‑freeing, transport and transfer costs and for any damage and risks related to these.

Liability transfers to the buyer from the moment of sale.

Emptying and making gas‑free

Before transport the buyer must:

• empty all tanks

• empty the AdBlue tank

• clean the tanks if necessary

• make the tanks gas‑free

Written certificates must be provided to the seller for:

• gas‑freeing

• waste transfer documents

Oil separator and grit separator

The buyer is responsible for:

• emptying the oil separator

• cleaning the coalescer

• emptying the grit separator pits

Lifts and special transports

The item requires heavy‑lift equipment and possibly a large crane.

The buyer is responsible for:

• lift plans

• lifting equipment

• all lifts

• special transport permits

• transport arrangements

• traffic arrangements

• any road or site structure protection

The seller is not liable for damages related to lifts or transports.

EX and safety requirements

All work must be carried out by companies authorised and competent to work in explosive‑hazard (EX) areas.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring all work is done in accordance with applicable laws and official regulations.

Electrical connection

The buyer is responsible for disconnecting the electrical connection and for all related costs and measures.

Schedule and contractual penalty

The assembly must be removed from the site within 21 days of the auction end.

If removal is delayed:

Contractual penalty €1,000 per commenced day.

The penalty does not limit the seller's right to claim full compensation for damages.

Environmental liability

The buyer is responsible for all damage related to dismantling, emptying, lifting and transport, including:

• soil and groundwater contamination

• environmental damage

• compliance with official requirements

• fines and penalties

Other terms

Viewing the item is recommended before bidding.
Bidding is binding.

Finnish law applies to the sale.
Any disputes will be resolved in the district court of the seller's domicile.
