Sold as seen at the time of sale.

The seller gives no warranty on the functionality, approvals or fitness for use of the equipment.
The buyer is responsible for all costs.

Payment within 3 days of acceptance of the bid

Title passes only after full payment of the purchase price

The buyer is responsible for all damage and environmental liabilities arising from dismantling and removal

The buyer must provide documents showing tanks have been gas freed and waste transfer notes

Inspection of the site prior to bidding is recommended.

Bids are binding

The buyer must have the legal and regulatory authorisations required to:

• receive

• store

• handle

fuels.

The buyer must ensure that:

• transport and pumping comply with ADR regulations

• the transport and handling companies used hold the required permits

• all regulatory obligations are met

The seller is not responsible for the legality of fuel transfer, transport or storage.

The seller reserves the right to require proof of handling and storage authorisation from the buyer before handover.

Buyer’s obligations

The buyer is fully responsible for all dismantling, removal, emptying and safety measures.

Schedule

The equipment and fuel must be removed from the site within 21 days of the auction closing.

If removal is delayed:
Contractual penalty €1,000 per commenced day.

The buyer is responsible for:

• emptying the tanks

• cleaning the tanks

• gas freeing the tanks

• emptying oil and sand separators

• making areas gas free

EX-area requirements

All dismantling and emptying work must be carried out by companies authorised to work in EX areas.

The buyer must ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.

Removal of dispensers

After removal of the dispensers:

• Pipelines must be properly sealed

• electrical connections must be boxed off

• the control panel must be secured to prevent fuses being reinserted

The buyer is liable for all damage related to dismantling, removal, emptying or handling, including:

• soil and groundwater contamination

• environmental damage

• regulatory claims

• any fines or penalties

Liability transfers to the buyer at the time of sale.

Finnish law applies.
Any disputes will be resolved in the district court of the seller's domicile.
