About us:

Kotix Oy is an experienced family construction company from Central Finland. We are a full-service Finnish cottage and sauna supplier and can provide a complete service if needed: foundations, removal of an old cottage, design and customisation of a new cottage. We deliver finished buildings to the plot and lift them into place with a crane truck so you can use the cottage immediately. We favour local Finnish products and suppliers: timber, benches, roofing, stoves and flues, and insulation — all sourced locally!

The building is versatile and practical thanks to the separate sauna and spacious lounge. The lounge easily fits a sofa that converts into a bed, a dining set and a small kitchen, etc., and can be equipped with an atmospheric stove for an additional €2,500. Large picture windows add a sense of space and offer pleasant views.

You can also use the lounge as guest accommodation or a remote work office!

The sauna measures approximately 2.74 m x 7.55 m and can be transported as a whole on a crane truck to your cottage plot or garden. (Ask us for a quote for foundations and transport.)

• Fully insulated with 70 mm Finnfoam; the sauna uses 50 mm PIR aluminium-faced sauna insulation board, making the building suitable for year-round use.

• Pax automatic exhaust fan with humidity sensor in the lounge.
