The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot, the company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overdue collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
