The item is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction organised on the Huutokaupat.com website, from 4 June 2026 to 23 June 2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids made in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the bid pertains. Prior arrangements must be made with the enforcement officer before submitting a written bid, and the bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Hämeenlinna office by 22 June 2026 at 12:00. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The bid is binding and may not be withdrawn. See the general auction terms for the bid’s binding nature and the buyer’s liability for compensation. The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.

The buyer must pay the purchase price immediately after the acceptance of the bid. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account.

The property has been attached (seized) and is sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code, where applicable.

The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot. Attached property is sold as seen. Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The buyer must remove the purchased property as soon as possible after payment of the purchase price.
