The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return, nor a cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Act.

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they agree to pay the seller compensation of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100 if the 10% compensation would be less than €100.
