The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information they know and that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee of the official confirming the sale is shared equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax and for registering ownership of the apartment in the National Land Survey's apartment information system, in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.

Seller's conditions

The property is sold only to a buyer who meets the LähiTapiola group's criteria (see listing).

If the buyer is a private individual, the buyer warrants when placing a bid that they understand the distance-selling right of withdrawal does not apply.
