Test drive: Arrived to us as a trade-in from daily work driving. On the test drive the vehicle felt technically sound; the four-wheel drive seems to operate and the gears engage smoothly. The rear brake drags, causing a "squeal".


Technical: On the test drive the engine and gearbox appeared to operate normally. The inspection included a recommendation to repair an oil leak; this has not been investigated further.


Tires: Surprisingly good. Winter tyres (friction) are fairly new and the summer tyres are on BMW rims with good tread depth.


Interior: Driven 410,000 km and it shows. No unusual odours.
