Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must be collected within 2 weeks; you can also view other products in our showroom, where there are thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the buyer or to a third party with power of attorney.

We charge a 10% compensation fee on the purchase price for cancellation of a binding sale / unpaid auction win.
