The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a 12 m² (3000 x 4000 mm) element‑built, quickly and easily installed pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a cordless screwdriver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3x4 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy and fast terrace solution to install. The finished terrace matches the appearance and durability of a traditional, site‑built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance; the deck boarding is continuous, without end joints. The deck is made from a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking board. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; a low‑foot terrace is delivered with a single outer board run. A high‑foot prefabricated terrace is delivered with two outer board runs.

The terrace is delivered as four ready 1000 mm x 3000 mm elements. Each terrace element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward — for fitting you only need a cordless screwdriver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small irregularities at the installation site and minor ground level differences. The low adjustable foot allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height, depending on the feet used, is 266–306 mm with the low feet and 306–386 mm with the high feet measured from ground level to the top of the terrace. The delivery includes a weed‑suppressing underlay to prevent growth under the terrace. Assembly is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. The elements are joined with screw connections. The joint method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and required screwdriver bits are included.

Patio prefabricated terraces are easy to extend and can be equipped, for example, with railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fittings can be added later.

The terrace frame is made of efficiently protected, ground‑contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and the screw connections use stainless steel screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace carries a five‑year structural warranty.
