Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Goods must be collected within 2 weeks; you may at the same time view additional products in our showroom, where there are thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner, or to a third party with written authorisation.

A cancellation fee of 10% of the sale price will be charged for cancelling a binding purchase or for an unpaid winning bid.
