Warranty:

If you find tiles that are cracked or broken across, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and there is no right to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products in our showroom, which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid.
