Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products — our exhibition has thousands of samples.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10 / day / pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised representative with power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding purchase / unpaid auction bid.
