If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during this visit you can also view additional products — we have thousands of models on display.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet will apply.

Goods will be handed over to the winning bidder or to an authorised third party.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
