Warranty:


If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.


Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You should collect the goods within 2 weeks; you can also view additional products in our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.


Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.


A cancellation fee for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid auction will be charged: 10% of the sale price.
