The deadline for submitting offers expires on 8 March 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the agreed purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Execution of Judgments Act.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as to the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the reference number of the lot in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be made with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 4 March 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges related to the transfer of subscription agreements.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 8 March 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
