The object is sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 19/02/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyers liability for compensation in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authoritys official account IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding function. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 17/02/2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

A written offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidders contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The asset is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code where applicable.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the object and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.

The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the object. Prospective buyers should therefore inspect the object before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the property within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively when applying for title, unless exempt from transfer tax.
