• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €40 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower re-sale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.
