Seized detached house property in Alapitkä / Seized property sold at online auction in Alapitkä, Lapinlahti

The property is sold by successive bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website

from 29 January 2026 to 19 February 2026. Participation requires registration.

The deadline for submitting bids expires at 13:00 on 19 February 2026 or

three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com auction item number. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12:00 on the day before the sale ends at the following address:

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date.

The purchaser and new owner will, as a rule, be the person who has made the accepted online bid. If the online auction buyer submits a bid on behalf of another person, the bidder must provide authorisation and the actual buyer's details immediately after the highest accepted bid by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. Otherwise, the enforcement officer will decide the sale in favour of the party who submitted the highest accepted bid.
