• Roof: Dark profiled metal roof with black gutters and downpipes in good condition.

• Equipment: Includes kitchen (included in the sale), windows, external door with locks and steps. Roof has a ready roof penetration.

• Condition: Very tidy and sturdy for its age, ready for use. Lower boarding and paint show normal weather-related wear (see photos).

• Dismantling and transport: The buyer agrees to bear all costs and work related to dismantling, packing, lifting and removal of the building.

• Schedule: The item must be dismantled and removed by the agreed date (8 weeks from the end of the auction).

• Liability disclaimer: The buyer is responsible for the safety of the removal and dismantling and for any damage caused to the plot.
