The seized property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on huutokaupat.com between 26/01/2026 – 10/02/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 10/02/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider’s system. The bailiff will separately decide to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must immediately pay the offered purchase price to the bailiff. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in purchaser liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the bailiff, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bidder. The offer must be delivered no later than 06/02/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number. The offerer must identify themself to the Enforcement Authority when submitting a written offer.

Objects are sold on the online auction platform www.huutokaupat.com by incremental bidding during 26/01/2026 – 10/02/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for bids ends 10/02/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, an interested buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding tool. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 06/02/2026 at 12:00 to the address below;

The written bid must be signed and must indicate the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the lot number in Huutokaupat.com. The bidder must identify themself to submit the bid.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted as highest. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder is considered the buyer.

The buyer must immediately after acceptance of the bid pay the full purchase price to the bailiff. Accepted payment methods are cash or equivalent means of payment and security. Immediate payment to the Enforcement Authority’s official bank account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 using reference RF24 3960 0000 0782 67 is also accepted. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer shall pay the share transfer tax of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and submit the receipt to enforcement, after which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

The lot is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff, following where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
