The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is element-built, a quickly and easily installed 12 m² (3000 × 4000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents — you only need a drill‑driver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace is made of elements, a terrace solution that is easy and quick to assemble. The finished terrace looks and performs like a traditional site-built terrace.

The Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance; the decking is continuous, without end joints. The decking is realised with solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking boards. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace supplied with low adjustable feet is delivered with a single edge-board wrap. A terrace with high adjustable feet is delivered with two edge-board wraps.

The terrace is delivered as four finished elements sized 1000 mm × 3000 mm. Each terrace element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward; for the installation you only need a drill‑driver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet permit small irregularities on the installation surface and minor ground-level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet used, the terrace height is 266–306 mm (low feet) or 306–386 mm (high feet) from ground to top surface. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing ground fabric to be laid under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. Elements are joined with screw connections. The joining method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easy to expand and to equip later, for example with terrace railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that additions can be fitted easily after installation.

The terrace frame is made of efficiently treated, ground-contact‑suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace has a five-year frame warranty.
