The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 29 Jan and 19 Feb 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19 Feb 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the bid price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number the offer concerns. The written offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 18 Feb 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6 B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
