The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return, nor a right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.
